JEFA Tech WiFi Repeater XR

If you're close to your source, this will work. I expected a better range. My boat is 200 yards from source. I get an average of a 10-13 decibel gain after placing antenna high up on tower (approximately 20ft high). I also put in Lynksys Hotspot repeater with large aftermarket antennas to boost source. Other sources at similar range are unusable. For me this works, at the dock, but I haven't used it away from dock yet. The setup/instructions are easy and straight forward, and the Hotspot created on boat is plenty strong. The price is ok, compared to other options, but I'd like to see a little more power. I think this will be a problem away from the dock or with other interference. Get the wifi analyzer app for your phone. If you can see it but it's just unusable, this should make it usable, but it's not going to reach out and see, and make usable, much else.

I was unable to get my alpha system to work so I ordered the Repeater XR for my truck camper. Installation went well, but the system failed after a few weeks, JEFA Tech had me up and running within a week, the level of customer service was superb. I can highly recommend the XR system and the support Jefa Tech provides.

I was somewhat skeptical as to whether this would work for me because I live in a somewhat enclosed marina. I had a poor marina wi-fi signal at best...not good enough to stream anything. I received this within two days and had it hooked up within 15 minutes, and that's with special drilling and installation for my specific situation. The enclosed instructions are very easy to follow and it worked great - IMMEDIATELY!!! I can't say thanks enough and I'm glad I found this little gem. Well worth the money to get rid of the frustration I had previously.

I purchased a Jefa Tech Wifi Repeater XR and love it. The set up was as simple as it could be and the system works great. The antenna is very powerful and the repeater works perfectly right out of the box. The instructions are simple to follow and I did not have to download different drivers or contact tech support.
I called Jefa Tech after attempting to use another brand of wifi antenna and repeater and I could not get them to work with my Mac at all. Grateful for a company that produces a great product and is there to help its customers. Thanks!!!!

I purchased this for our trailer prior to a cross Canada and US trip this summer. It really did the job. Often my wife wouldn't be able to log on with one of her devices. I'd switch on the network and it would pull in sources that were otherwise unusable.

I'm using it almost entirely on 12 volts but it's nice to have the option of using 110 volts or 12 volts.
