Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to ship being delivered in the state of Maryland.  If you are tax exempt in Maryland, e-mail your tax exempt certificate to sales@jefatech.com

Do you offer credit terms?  NET30?  Can I submit a purchase order?

What is your return policy?

  • 30 day return for full refund as long as product is in new condition
  • Most products have 1 year warranty
  • Custom cables are not returnable due to mistake in ordering

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our office in Hollywood, MD during normal business hours.  Choose the "Pickup in Hollywood, MD" link in the shopping cart for more information.

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Yes, we can arrange for Saturday Delivery.  Contact us at 888-467-2258 to place your order to ensure proper handling of this request.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping Internationally via the postal service and UPS

What is your shipping cutoff time?
USPS Orders are picked up mid morning and are not guaranteed for same day pickup.  The cutoff for same day pickup of UPS orders is 2PM EST.  If you have an urgent request after 2PM EST, we may be able to accommodate you.  Call 888-467-2258 to inquire about same day shipment for an order placed after 2PM EST.
