Shipment and Delivery Times

Orders received before 3PM EST (weekdays) are packed and shipped the same day.
UPS collects our packages the same day - USPS collects our packages the following business day.

US Postal Service Domestic Service Options and Delivery Times
First-Class Mail - Small Packages - 1 to 3 days average (not guaranteed)
Priority Mail - Any Package 70lbs or less - 1 to 3 days average (not guaranteed)
We no longer ship by Parcel Post due to many lost and very late package deliveries by the post office

International Shipping Information including Canada

We ship Internationally via UPS Express and USPS (Postal Service). Shipping rates will be quoted in checkout after you enter your full address.

Import, Brokerage, and Duty Charges

International shipments may be subject to import, brokerage, and duty charges. We can not quote these charges because they vary by the importing country. If you need an estimate of import charges, please contact the customs agency in your country. We can not reduce the value of items or mark "gift" on an invoice so you can avoid import charges. Doing so is illegal and puts us at significant risk.

APO/FPO Shipments
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Frequently Asked Shipping Questions:

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?
Normally UPS packages are not delivered on Saturday, but Saturday delivery can be requested at an additional cost. This must be done at the time you place your order. Saturday delivery is available *only* when placing a UPS Next Day Air order on a Friday or when placing a 2nd Day Air order on a Thursday. The Saturday Delivery option is not available via online checkout. To request Saturday Delivery, please call in your order to 888-467-2258. You will be charged the additional cost from UPS for the Saturday Delivery option (typically about $30 additional). Saturday Delivery orders must be placed no later than 3PM EST.

What if I want something shipped to an address different from my billing address?
During checkout you will have the option to choose an alternate shipping address. In some cases, we may need to contact you to verify information for security reasons.

What is your shipping cutoff time?
Our standard shipping cutoff time for UPS shipments is 3PM EST. This is when UPS arrives at our shipping dock to pick up all of our outgoing packages. If your order is placed after 3PM EST, it will be picked up by UPS the following day. International orders (including APO/FPO) sent via the postal service are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

What shipping options do you offer?
We ship all of our domestic orders via UPS. Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day options are available. Shipments to AK and HI are available via USPS Priority Mail as well as UPS. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are available via USPS. International shipments are available via Airmail or UPS.

May I come pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Our business is optimized for online order taking and shipping. You may come to pick up your order, but you must make arrangements with us ahead of time so that we can have your order ready when you arrive. Please note that we operate in a warehouse environment and we do not have a showroom.
