JEFA Tech Low Loss 400 FLEX Cable assemblies have been tested and certified by CradlePoint for use with all AER, COR IBR, IBR, ARC, CBA, and MBR models.

This cable directly connects any AER, COR IBR, IBR, ARC and CBA model CradlePoint to any of the following CradlePoint recommended antennas:
Omnidirectional Antenna Part # 170668-000
Directional Yagi Part # 170588-000
MIMO Wall Mount # CP-2014-1-PAN (2 cables required)

No adapters are required.  This cable includes the correct connectors pre-attached to the cables to connect your antenna directly to the Cradlepoint.

Cable signal loss / attenuation
Not all cable is made the same!  Our cable is industry leading with the lowest signal loss available. Signal loss is approximately 5db per 100ft of cable (1.6dB per 10m).  Lower numbers are better.  To determine your break-even point for cable length divide your antenna gain by 0.05.  Example 5dBi antenna = 5 / 0.05 = 100ft.  This means with a 100ft cable, you are now at zero net gain for your 5dB gain antenna.  In situations where the signal outside is good (3-5 bars), you can typically increase the cable length past the break even without a problem.  If the signal outside is poor (1 bar), it is recommended to keep the cable length as short as possible.  Need help?  Contact a JEFA Tech expert and we'll help you determine the best solution for your situation.

CradlePoint MBR models with a "USB stick" modem will need a TS9 to SMA adapter in addition to this cable.

QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE: This cable is professionally assembled and tested in our manufacturing facility in Maryland, USA! We stand behind the quality and performance of our cables. Our cables are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and performance or your money back.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: You are purchasing a completed cable assembly with connectors professionally attached to the cable. The ends are soldered and crimped, heat shrink is applied to seal the cable to the connector and provide additional support and the cable is then tested to ensure proper assembly and performance.

We use an Agilent N9912A RF Analyzer for cable sweep testing.

SAME DAY SHIPPING: These cables are built-to-order. We have an optimized production line for these assemblies so most orders will ship the same day!
